Legal documents said the 29-year-old adult film star was taken into police custody at roughly noon in Montgomery County, Texas, according to TMZ.Gay porno Sunderland was allegedly in possession of marijuana, which is still illegal in Texas. The court documents indicated she had less than one gram of THC in her possession at the time of her arrest, according to TMZ. Sunderland currently resides in Nevada, where it is legal for adults over the age of 21 to possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis in a private residence, or in a licensed social use lounge, according to TMZ. It’s unclear if she was aware of the laws in Texas that strictly prohibit the use and possession of cannabis, according to TMZ. Sunderland spoke out about the incident, and expressed frustration over the matter.
